Please note: You should normally expect to receive an email confirmation from us that we have received your email file.
Occasionally our Virus-Scan software may intercept your emails to us and quarantine, or in extreme cases, even delete your message before we receive it.
Should you not hear from us within 75-minutes of sending your file, please telephone us on 020 8340 3490 to check that we have actually received your file.
Before sending your Artwork we strongly advise you complete our Artwork Checklist on our Supplying Artwork page. This will help avoid printing errors, delays or additional conversion costs should your artwork not be supplied correctly for our printing processes. You should also have selected your product type, number of items required and processed your Credit Card or Paypal payments if paying via our online pages.
Your artwork can be emailed directly from the email icon above right, or from the email links on this, or any of our site pages. However, if your file is larger than 5Mb we would strongly recommend you use our FTP upload service below.
If you are sure your digital files comply with our technical requirements please begin the upload process from the link below. Please note: At present you may only upload one file at a time (the other four “Browse” buttons are currently not-active). HOWEVER, after the first file is successfully uploaded, a “Next Upload” option will appear. Simply follow the same procedure, if you have more than one file. After all files for this order have been successfully uploaded, select the “Close once your Artwork has been uploaded” Button.
Don’t forget to indicate the Order Ref. generated from our Payments page when you ordered. This Order Ref. will also appear on the Invoice which has been emailed to you. Please also note the file name(s) of your digital files, (eg: MyNameA5flyerSide1, MyNameA5flyerSide 2 etc. etc).
