We are
different

We’re not like other on-line, dot.com, printers . . . we won’t turn a
blind eye to your supplied Artwork files. If we feel that the design,
or production process, you’ve used to create your artwork may present
problems during printing we will always advise you before we proceed.
And, if it is possible to do so, we will always try to correct any such
problems for you at no additional cost*. Or, if this is not possible due
to the format supplied, we will suggest how you should correct the design yourself and re-supply new artwork files, again at no additional cost.

And we always suggest you feel, and see, the paper or card your project will be printed on. But if this is not possible, or convenient for you, once your order is processed we will, if you request us to do so, email you a pre-flight checked PDF file for you to confirm that you wish to proceed with printing (all at no additional cost).

Simply pop-into our Crouch End store and we’ll be delighted to show you samples of the different weights, and the different finishes of materials available for your project, and advise on the best solutions for your individual printing needs.

For many items we can even print you a sample of your particular job on the actual final stock of your choice. If it is not possible, or simply inconvenient, for you to visit us in person, it may be possible to post proof samples . . . in some cases, on the actual stock required (special terms may apply**).

We are also able to supply Template files in a wide range of software formats, pre-set to the correct size, margins and bleed specifications. Simply visit our Templates page for more information.

*In some instances, where this involves time consuming additional work, there may be a small additional charge
for this service. However, we will always advise on the options if we feel this is necessary, and we are sure you will
agree that a modest, small additional cost, is far more preferable than a final product of inferior quality.

**By necessity some items can not be proofed on the same stock, or with the same printing process, as
which they will finally be printed.

**Proof samples of your own artwork, may be posted to any UK Mainland Address via Royal Mail First Class post for a,
non-refundable, deposit of £15. Or, alternatively, we can post a FREE SAMPLE PACK of different stock options.

***Due to Customer Confidentiality and the Data Protection Act, we never give, or send, samples of
previously printed items with customer names, and/or contact details, unless they have specifically
authorised us to do so.
